Property Prices in Spain - April 2020

Idealista the property portal recently published the data showing prices of property for sale for last month showing a rise in Madrid and Barcelona but a drop overall for Spain as a whole (-0.3%) though up 2.6% as compared with last years numbers for the same period.

I´m assuming this must be taken from closed sales signed off and agreed on before the C-19 crisis.
