We also offered in Madrid a project management and interior design service for selected clients.

Working closely with the architects and builders or suppliers on the clients´ behalf, I would be on hand throughout the  planning, design and construction process, from helping the clients understand the plans  to decorating and furnish the property, delivering to the client a turn key product, for the clients´ personal use - or to rent out on the luxury rental market.

This  service was especially tailored towards foreign clients,  unfamiliar with undertaking a renovation project in Spain, who may not  have been comfortable with the language and who  needed somebody on the ground to take care of every aspect of their project.
