We also offer a project management and interior design service for selected clients

Working closely with the architects and builders or suppliers on the clients´ behalf, we are on hand throughout the  planning, design and construction process, from helping the clients understand the plans  to decorating and furnish the property, delivering to the client a turn key product, for the client´s personal use or to rent out on the luxury rental market.

This  service is especially tailored towards foreign clients, who are unfamiliar with undertaking a renovation project in Spain, who may not be comfortable with the language  and who simply need somebody on the ground to take care of every aspect of their project.
