Today I signed off at the notary and got the keys to my latest project. See what you think....
As you can see it’s an atico - or penthouse - in the Barrio de Salamanca. I chose it for one major reason ... and that’s the private 30m2 south west facing terrace. The flat is a fifth floor in a 1920s building and when we have finished the remodel will have two double bedrooms, one bathroom, and an open plan living / dining / kitchen area that leads onto the terrace and the outside dining and chill out area with its loungers or comfy sofas. A terrace in central Madrid is a real luxury, as you can use it for so much of the year.
